Civil Service Training and consultancy at the Cabinet Secretariat of Mongolian Government

The project was conducted in two phases. The aim of the first phase was to strengthen management capacity to undertake the public administration and civil service reforms. The second phase supported the Cabinet Secretariat to implement the Mongolian Public Administration and Civil Service Reform through Human Resource Development, Organisational Development, Consultancy and Transparency.
