Senior Consultant/Project Manager
Natalia Elheim is a Project and Framework Manager and Consultant, with a focus on Private Sector Development, Support to Civil Society and Public Administration Reform. Natalia is part of the management team of the Sida funded International Training Programmes - Strategic Business Management and Private Sector Growth Strategies. Implementing a large-scale EU project for Civil Society Support (TACSO 2), she is responsible for ensuring administrative compliance with EU regulations for TA projects as well as financial reporting.
Natalia manages Sida Framework Agreement for Agriculture, Employment and Market Development providing expert support to specific assignments within the framework. Her previous and ongoing large-scale projects in the PAR area are Capacity Building of the Georgian Leadership Community and School of Young Managers in Public Administration in Belarus.
Natalia holds a B.A. degree in Pedagogics, English and German from Stockholm University as well as a M.A. degree in English, Russian and Literature from Immanuel Kant State University of Russia. Natalia speaks fluent English, Swedish and German, her native language is Russian.
