We are a consultancy company specialising in international development cooperation, with a focus on public sector reform, natural resource management, civil society strengthening, market development and evaluation.

Our mission is to provide evidence-based expertise through lasting partnerships for inclusive, participatory and sustainable change.

Drawing from our 40 years’ experience in international development consulting and the knowledge of our extensive network of experts and partner organisations, we strive to ensure that all our services are based on evidence and best-practice. We believe in inclusiveness in the broadest sense of the word, and strive to ensure that the voices of those most marginalised in society are heard.  Steadfast in the belief that all stakeholders should be included in decision-making, a participatory approach to development underpins all of our projects. These two notions form are the backbone of sustainable change, and are key to enabling resilience in meeting environmental, social and economic challenges.
